Pivot / First stage development
The first stage development of this work 'Pivot' was undertaken whilst studying Masters of Advanced Theatre Practice at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (London, UK).

The work is exploring layers, translation and language, and is the outcome of process based-research. The outcome shown below is an example of an outcome of the methodology that was developed. Outcomes of the process will vary based on the stimulus text selected and the performer/s minds, bodies, cultures and practices.

Development of Sound Score
​
The audio component of the work was developed through the exploration of the written word, translating and transforming a performance text into a visual medium to be treated as sound score.
Development of Physical Score
​
The physical score shown in the video above was developed through stream of conscious writing, physical improvisation, task-based and image-based movement practises. The outcome of the development of the physical score is a written performance score that is to be translated though the body.
