Logue Lake
Presented as part of Perth Festival by Geordie Crawley and Elise Wilson
From deep in the forest of the subconscious comes Logue Lake – a thriller with a twist.
Equipped with a radio, venture into this highly anticipated new WA production and unmask a story of the unconscious mind, queer identity and the pursuit of authenticity.
Studio Underground is transformed into an isolated cabin in the woods, as you tune into five distinct characters across five distinct stations. When a lost hiker arrives, reality blurs and rekindles a past love between two friends. Play voyeur while you roam around the cabin in this immersive work, where deeper truths lie just beneath the surface of the lake.

'Works which are experiential, of a moment, that you’ll always remember – those help define the festival.'"
"An ambitious and triumphant world premiere season"
Hannah Fredriksson, Theatre Travels
"Logue Lake proves that technology has a place in traditional theatre, giving it a unique and fascinating twist."
"Each element from the design, writing, directing, and acting is expertly pulled off to create an immersive and intimate show. What’s wonderful about this production is each audience member’s experience will be entirely unique and no one will hear or see the same story unfold."
Holly Ferguson, Magazine 6000
"At times I felt like a camera or boom operator choosing my own ‘angle’ on things; at other times I felt more like an editor, assembling my own ‘cut’... Performers Isaac Diamond, Timothy Green, Lila McGuire, Will O’Mahony and Alicia Osyka navigate the demands of the script and staging with admirable skill and integrity."
Wolfgang von Flügelhorn, AfterWords
